Every piece we create is made to order by our small brother-and-sister team in Columbus, Ohio. Because each item is handcrafted specifically for you, we encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order. We're always happy to help make sure it's the right fit.
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Because our furniture is made to order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of shipping damage or an error on our part.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom sizes, colors, finishes, and personalized pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale. Because these items are created to your unique specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our workshop, but sometimes shipping doesn't go as planned.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the damage. We'll make it right as quickly as possible by repairing, replacing, or replacing the item at no cost to you.
Our goal is simple: we want every piece that leaves our workshop to bring joy to your home. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to find the best solution.
